Usage Dashboard

According to your Translate plans, there are two dashboards to check the usage of your entity:

  • Limited Consumption Dashboard (Discover, Lite, Plus, Premium plans)

  • Usage-Based Consumption Dashboard (API, Infinite)

Note

  • Only the administrator of the entiy can view the usage dashboard

You can access the Entity Dashboard from the Entity page on the TRS by clicking on the Check usage button.

Limited Consumption Dashboard

This dashboard has been implemented for the following plans:

  • Discover

  • Lite

  • Plus

  • Premium

  1. The plan type of the active subscription

  2. In order to quickly identify the user of the entity, we display the user using visual identifiers, clicking on the zone will redirect to the entity user management window

  3. The initial translation quota included of the active plan of the entity, to translate files and web pages. Text translation from the translate box is unlimited and not deducted from this quota.

  4. The start date of the active subscription

  5. The current Translation Period

  6. The unlimited translations (translations that are not consuming the quota) during the current period

    1. grouped by user agent (ie: Translation Box, Systran Window App.)

    2. Text translations from the translate box (web & App) and selected text translations in MS Office are unlimited in your plan.

  7. The counted translations during the current period

    1. grouped by user agent (ie: File Translate Box, SYSTRAN Window App - File Translation etc..)

    2. File translation (files, web pages or text, emails) are deducted from your plan quota.

  8. Remaining Quota of the active subscription

    1. We can see also the Consumed Quota pie that indicates the percentage of the characters used of the quota

  9. When the quota is consumed by more than 90% we display a message to inform the user and encourage them to upgrade their plan.

  • Infinite

  3. The monthly characters package included to translate files and web pages. Text translation from the translate box is unlimited and not deducted.

  6. The unlimited translations (translations that are not consuming the quota) during the current period

    1. grouped by user agent (ie: Translation Box, Systran Window App.)

    2. Text translations from the translate box (web & App) and selected text translations in MS Office are unlimited in your plan.

  7. The counted translations during the current period

    1. grouped by user agent (ie: File Translate Box, SYSTRAN Window App - File Translation etc..)

    2. File translation (files, web pages or text, emails) are deducted from your plan quota.

  8. Monthly character package indicator, that allows to see the remaining / the consumed and the overusage of the characters package
